40 days of giving back, day thirty-four: date in their diary.

Saturday's task was to plan and send out invitations for a party to be hosted this upcoming Saturday. I guess I was just ahead of the curve, because I hosted a party yesterday in Little Rock. So I'm going to go ahead and say I checked that one off a week early.

We had a wedding shower for Britney and Brandon yesterday for their Little Rock friends, which was fun. It was the first time I've been part of hosting a wedding shower, and I think it was a roaring success.

I will chronicle the shower properly - with photographic evidence - in my weekly roundup, so I won't go into all the details here. You'll just have to check back later to read all about it.
